• We hope you have a great vacation.
• You will need a parking pass, present the request for a visitor pass at the guard station. They will then issue you a permit good for the week.
• The boardwalk to the beach is located in the rear of the complex.
• The outdoor pool is located next door in building 1.
• The trash dumpsters are located between building 2 and 3.
• The fastest way to get to the villa is use the stairs. There is a service door marked SW4 located almost directly under the villa. Go to the first floor and #3127 is right there.
• Elevators are located down the hall from the villa.

Leaving Checklist

• Please Do A General Walk Through To Make Sure The Villa is Left In the Same Condition When You Arrived. Please depart before 10 AM on Saturday.
• Do You Have All of Your Personal Belongings?
• Please Make Sure Balcony Door is Locked.
• Make Sure Stove and Burners are Turned Off.
• Turn Thermostat To 85° cool
• Make Sure No Water Is Running.
• All Trash Has Been Disposed Of.
• Dirty Towels Can Be Piled on The Bathroom Floor.
• Do Not Make Beds Last Day When Leaving.
• Make Sure Main Door and Dead Bolt Is Locked When Leaving.
• Make Sure Blinds Are Closed. (This Conserves Energy)
